Fifty Traditional and Non-Traditional Ornaments

      That's the goal at least. I am striving to stitch a mix of 50 traditional and non-traditional Christmas ornaments for The Showcase of Arts at the Mariemont Art Barn. The upper floor of the Barn is roomy and needs a bit of cheer, so I thought a Christmas tree bedecked in lights and ornaments would add a festive feel to the occasion. 

The smaller pieces have been fun to create. With 3-4" hoops I can easily complete a piece in a week. The use of beads has been present in may pieces, too. If a design is not as I imagined, I can continue on with it without feeling like I am wasting too much time. I have several holiday pieces, several abstract ocean pieces, and some pieces embellished with beads.

I plan to sell these for $20-$40, each.
